Dubai Electric and Water Authority (DEWA) Al Quoz building was the first LEED PLATINUM certified building (30,000 sqm) reaching 97/120 points; 3,000 fittings 100% LED.

Switch Made’s challenge was to achieve an average consumption equivalent or less than 4W/sqm. This project was a real innovation and a beautiful success for each party involved!
